The Center for Teaching Excellence, UFIT Center for Instructional Technology and Training, and AI2 Center collaborate on offering faculty learning communities (FLCs) to engage faculty, staff, and graduate students in active, collaborative, year-long programs on a variety of topics. These structured communities provide encouragement, support, and reflection in a welcoming learning environment.
